1.0 out of 5 stars This is a dud!, May 21, 2012
This review is from: Pentair 460353 MiniMax 100 BTU Propane Gas Milivolt High Performance Pool and Spa Heater (Lawn & Patio)
This has failed twice in two years and Pentair told me I should just buy a new one. They do not service the product even when the defect is theirs. You will have to pay for a licensed plumber to call them while onsite before they will even discuss parts replacements. Then you have to pay for the plumber a second time to install the parts. Now the heat exchanger went out. I called Pentair and after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come on the line, they recommended that I just throw that one away and that the parts would cost more than the original product. Stay away from Pentair!
